Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, tracking applications, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, underwriters, and internal teams.

You will guide each client through the insurance process from submission to approval, monitoring the full lifecycle of client applications and sending timely reminders to clients for required steps. You will also respond quickly to underwriter requests, proactively update clients on their application status, and manage the shared support inbox to ensure all inquiries are addressed.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong language and proofreading skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. They will also possess knowledge of the life insurance industry and be familiar with applications, underwriting, and approvals.
