We're seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to drive the growth of our business by building and maintaining strong relationships with our mid-market and enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working with similar accounts, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
About the Role:This role involves managing client relationships, introducing them to new features and products, and identifying ways to increase their value from our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of clients
- Promptly address client concerns
- Work closely with the product team to introduce clients to new features and products
- Identify new business opportunities with current clients
- Negotiate contract terms
- 4+ years of experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Be willing and able to be coached on how to sell to leads and nurture leads into opportunities
- Highly self-motivated individuals who can drive their own goals and success
