We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust banking and account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.

Your expertise in trust products and services will enable you to match client requirements with our offerings, driving revenue growth and profitability.

You will work closely with sales partners to identify and grow opportunities, and assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of relevant experience in trust banking and account management, strong stakeholder management skills, and effective communication and presentation skills.

Candidates with certifications such as TCP and SEC Fixed Income Market Sales are highly preferred.
