Job Title:

Training and Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for delivering training and technical support on business development tools to small enterprise practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of small enterprise practitioners in business development.
  2. Provide technical support and guidance to practitioners on the use of business development tools.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote business development initiatives and services.
Required Qualifications:
  • Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Management/Human Resources Development or equivalent qualification.
  • 4-6 years' work experience in a related field, preferably in a small enterprise development context.
  • Advanced computer competency and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
