Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning, technique development, efficiency improvements, and incentive programs. You will identify opportunities to expand the customer base and maintain a strong presence for products handled in partner channels and industries.

  • Manage multiple sales channels and ensure contributions to product production under Unsecured Lending and Cards.
  • Communicate and interact with channel partners, officers, and staff to strengthen partnerships and collaboration.
  • Drive multiple sales cycles, including initial contact, client needs identification, presentations, negotiations, underwriting, and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree graduate.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Personal Loans product management and development.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, credit policies, systems, operations, audit, and compliance to support daily activities.
  • Skills in campaign and channel management.
Key Responsibilities

You will also grow the Personal Loans Portfolio business by at least +20% YOY (New Customers, Loan Volume), depending on business requirements.
