
Business Development Professional

You will act as an ambassador of our partnered bank by helping clients celebrate living. You will also be involved in the implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain a cordial business relationship with bank partners to grow and retain dedicated sales distribution models.
You will be reporting to the respective bank branch and Area Sales Head.
Key Accountabilities:
Offering FWD's Traditional and Variable products to clients of the partnered bank.
Responsible for overall delivery of sales performance and acquisition of new business.
Retention of quality business for the assigned branch and area.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably business course related. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Willing to be deployed in DIVISORIA/BINONDO MANILA.
Minimum 1 year solid sales and account management experience in financial services is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as internal and external customer focus.
Team player able to work independently with high degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Trustworthy, reliable and business savvy.
