
Professional Customer Support Specialist

As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide technical support, and offer product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle high call volumes, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and previous customer service experience preferred.
Work Environment & Accessibility:This job operates in a professional office environment, requiring employees to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Employees may occasionally need to move about the office to accomplish tasks and may be required to lift up to forty pounds.
