Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients across industries.

The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, reside within a reasonable distance from our office, and possess strong communication skills. They will be responsible for responding to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions with patience and professionalism.

This role requires a strong command of the English language, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Windows operating systems. The selected candidate will also be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures to ensure timely and effective resolutions for customers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work from home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
