Contact Center Technical Support Specialist
We are currently looking for a highly skilled technical support professional to join our contact center team. This role involves providing first-level support for technical issues and helping customers troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
This position requires a strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software applications. The ideal candidate will be able to explain technical concepts in simple terms and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to technical support calls, emails, or chats from customers
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Providing step-by-step solutions and product configurations
- Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions and solutions
In addition to technical skills, this role requires excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment is also essential.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of technical support experience in a contact center setting
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
