We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer support professional to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls regarding order entry and status updates.
- Provide assistance via email and chat platforms, managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Follow established communication protocols for various topics.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
- Upsell products when appropriate, based on customer preferences.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS through regular engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.

Proficiency in multi-channel communication tools is essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
