Customer Service Role

About the Position:

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate courtesy, timeliness, and professionalism when interacting with customers via phone or other channels.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, resolve concerns effectively, and provide accurate information as required.
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarize yourself with client programs and adhere to established processes.
  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Achieve first call resolution by employing problem-solving skills and effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while typing at 40+ words per minute with 95% accuracy.
  • Pass grammar assessments with a score >85% and comprehension skills >90%.
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer complaints professionally.
  • Show aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and maintain focus in fast-paced environments.
  • Become a reliable team player, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Be flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Hold prior experience in voice, email, and chat support in a call center environment, specifically dealing with US accounts.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Have basic knowledge of computer software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with coworkers and customers.
