- Data Analysis: Conduct market analyses and apply market data as appropriate to support variable compensation decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Human Resources or Business Management preferred)
- 3+ years HR experience (Compensation, Payroll, or Employee Relations domains preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel proficiency a must)
