We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst - Compensation who will support our award-winning Sales and Customer Success teams. As a key member of our organization, this individual will drive sales and customer success efficiency while working cross-functionally with Finance and other departments to impact the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain variable compensation plans for both Sales and Customer Success organizations, including strategy development and ongoing administration.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance & Payroll teams to execute monthly commissions process ensuring timely and accurate payment to Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Assist Sales leadership in designing and reporting on weekly, monthly, and annual Sales contests using Excel, Salesforce, and Looker for data-driven decision-making.
  • Help craft and define Sales business processes, systems, territory management, and go-to-market strategy to enhance Sales organization efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis to inform data-driven decisions at individual contributor and Sales leadership levels.
  • Work collaboratively across Finance, IT, Marketing, and business systems teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries directed to business operations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College.
  • 1-3 years of business experience, preferably in Revenue Operations at a SaaS company or similar environment.
