- Analysis and Recommendation.
- Analyzes requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate job profile, job level and salary grade assignment.
- Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, pay group exemptions, job revisions and organizational structures.
- Analyzes existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and recommends appropriate courses of action.
