You will be responsible for performing business delivery, analysis and recommendation, collaboration and communication, and administration and organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Delivery. Performs staff support activities to develop, implement and administer Global, Regional and Local compensation policies and programs.
  • Analysis and Recommendation.
    • Analyzes requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate job profile, job level and salary grade assignment.
    • Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, pay group exemptions, job revisions and organizational structures.
    • Analyzes existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and recommends appropriate courses of action.
