Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with various teams to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using internal tools and APIs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  • Document recurring issues and solutions to reduce future escalations.
  • Assist in teaching new and existing support specialists best practices and troubleshooting steps.
Key Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience providing live chat technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience working across teams and departments.
