Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled IT Service Desk professional to fill this senior role.

This is an advanced technical position responsible for providing top-notch support and guidance to our service desk team, handling escalated issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring high-quality support across the organisation.

The successful candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills across various operating systems, networks, and software applications, as well as excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.

This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT service desk or IT support, including at least 1 year in a senior/escalation capacity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Handle critical incidents and implement process enhancements
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Support business-critical applications and systems
  • Contribute to team growth by leading technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT service desk or IT support
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, group policy management, and endpoint security tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
