Technical Support Role Overview

We are looking for skilled professionals to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for a variety of clients across industries.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience with a strong focus on customer service
  • Work-from-home experience with minimal supervision
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • High-speed internet connection with reliable connectivity
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Skilled in multitasking, self-management, and excellent interpersonal skills
