Key Accountabilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies; participate in sales events and meetings.
  2. Sales Lead Conversion: Convert sales leads into new business opportunities; identify and acquire new sales clients.
  3. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships; evaluate client needs and provide exceptional support.
  4. Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and analyze market intelligence data; utilize this information for business strategy development.
  5. Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions; provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. At least 1+ year of experience in field sales with a focus on HoReCa or food industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
  3. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  4. Familiarity with sales activation processes and tools.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and Google Suite.
  6. Goal-oriented and results-driven; track record of success in achieving targets.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Resourceful and creative; able to develop innovative ideas for sales.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
