Role Overview
This role plays a critical part in managing and enhancing our revenue technology stack, ensuring seamless integration across systems. As a fast-growing SaaS company, we require someone to drive efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and support cross-functional teams making data-driven decisions. As our GTM Architect, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Analytics teams to manage our tech stack. Your expertise will help us scale revenue processes while ensuring compliance, automation, and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities
- System Administration & Optimization:
- Administer, configure, and manage CRM and CSP systems (HubSpot and ChurnZero) and integrated sales and CS tech stack (Outreach, Gong, UserGems, etc.).
- Identify areas for process automation and drive system enhancements to improve data integrity, efficiency, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and manage system updates, integrations, and new tool implementations.
- Create and execute the technical roadmap to support current and future growth initiatives, with an eye towards scalability, performance, and compliance.
- Integration & Data Management:
- Ensure seamless integration of revenue systems, including customer data management and optimized workflows.
- Maintain data integrity across platforms by establishing data governance policies, and cleaning, enriching, and normalizing data.
- Facilitate data migration projects when necessary, ensuring accuracy and minimal disruption to revenue operations.
- User Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key revenue system troubleshooting, user support, and permissions management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on processes, data flows, and system configurations.
- Support cross-functional projects impacting revenue generation, customer lifecycle management, and business growth.
