We are now seeking an experienced Team Performance Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the performance of hub leads and area fleet leads within your assigned region.

Your responsibilities will include enforcing procedures and regulations across assigned hubs, leading dispute resolution within and outside the team, and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) for staff productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Operations team to improve internal processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while continuously identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing new processes and leading a team that can effectively and efficiently grow.

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, experience in logistics, and a process-driven approach. You should have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably with FMCG or 3PL experience.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage the performance of hub leads and area fleet leads within your assigned region

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably with FMCG or 3PL experience
  • Leadership experience in a division or team
  • Process-driven individual
  • Data analysis experience, particularly in performance management
  • Background in Industrial and Process Engineering (advantage)
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality principles/best practices (advantage)
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Able to manage teams remotely
  • Strong multitasking skills

Please note that owning a vehicle for transportation between hubs is required for this role.
