About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional individual who can develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key client relationships, driving revenue growth and business expansion. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and negotiating contracts to achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and managing client communications.
- Monitor sales metrics (quarterly sales and annual forecasts) and report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to improve the entire customer experience.
- Work experience as an account specialist in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales and reports presentation skills.
As a Senior Business Development Manager at John Clements Consultants Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving business growth and expansion. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
