Job Description:

Drake International Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Makati City. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Develop and implement account plans and strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, and communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years' experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
