We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator to facilitate seamless property showings and ensure a positive experience for prospective tenants. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries from prospective tenants via various channels.
- Schedule and confirm property showings with leasing agents and potential renters.
- Maintain accurate records of property availability and leasing appointments.
- Communicate effectively with property managers and leasing agents to coordinate showings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries.
- Proficiency in relevant software or systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
