Our team is looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to fill the role of Appointment Scheduler.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating interest, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and building relationships with potential customers. This fast-paced role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  • Accurately inputting information into our system
  • Representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with contacts
  • Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company
  • Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis
  • Participating in process-improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Strong internet connection
  • Designated professional and quiet workspace
  • Amenable to working on a graveyard shift
