We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Top IT Sales Executive to join our team at Group NB Philippines. This role requires an individual with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Present and promote IT solutions and services to existing and prospective clients using clear and compelling arguments.">
- Conduct detailed cost-benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with customer requirements, ensuring optimal value.">
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with clients to drive long-term success.">
- Proactively reach out to potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and virtual meetings.">
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective demonstrations of CRM systems and IT solutions tailored to client needs.">
- Expedite the resolution of customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and maintain client loyalty.">
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and key performance metrics.">
- Develop sales reports, including territory analysis, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.">
- Provide insights on customer feedback to help improve products, solutions, and sales strategies.">
- Continuously stay updated with IT market trends, CRM advancements, and promotional techniques to enhance performance.">
Requirements and Skills:
">To be successful as a Top IT Sales Executive, you will need:

- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the IT industry or software solutions.">
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and experience selling CRM or IT solutions.">
- Excellent understanding of BRM (Business Relationship Management) and the ability to develop productive business relationships.">
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools; familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and performance.">
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.">
- Exceptional selling, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to customize solutions to meet client needs.">
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.">
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.">
Estimated Salary: PHP 250,000 - PHP 400,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
