Business Development Executive

At Filinvest Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This dynamic role will be responsible for driving growth and sales by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to implement growth strategies, conduct market research, and build strong relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our CRM database and analyzing sales data to inform marketing strategies.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at PHP 80,000 - PHP 120,000 per month, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Cultivate strong relationships with new clients and maintain existing ones
- Collate and maintain silent information in the CRM database
- Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
- Develop and implement sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Identify new business opportunities and partners
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-2 years relevant work experience in business development, sales, marketing, or similar field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Strong business, organization, and project management skills
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in research and updated in current business trends
