Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and performance across the team.

  • Conduct investigations, resolve complex employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations across the EMEA region.

  • Oversee performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in EMEA HR operations, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • In-depth understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across the EMEA region.
