Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and creative marketing leader to oversee the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing journey, from building the brand's presence to generating qualified leads for villa sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns to drive villa sales.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and optimize video and photo content for each platform.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiar with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
