Business Development Role

We're seeking an experienced lead generator and appointment setter to help us book qualified calls with business owners and entrepreneurs.

You'll use LinkedIn, email outreach, DMs, or other methods to get qualified leads into our calendar. Our core audience includes business owners, coaches, and entrepreneurs earning $250K–$5M annually.

Once you've successfully generated appointments in our main niche (Business Owners & Entrepreneurs) you'll also help us reach:

  • Speakers & Authors
  • Coaches & Consultants
  • HR Directors (for trainings and seminars)

You'll be equipped with a full suite of marketing tools and content to support your outreach and make booking calls easier, including:

  • Avatar and niche details
  • Professionally produced VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
  • Clear and engaging course overview videos
  • Downloadable lead magnets (e.g., checklists, workbooks)
  • High-converting opt-in and landing pages
  • A booking calendar (Calendly) for easy scheduling
  • Pre-written email and DM message templates
  • A CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Ongoing collaboration — we'll create new materials as needed to help you succeed

Excellent English communication (spoken and written), experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting, proven track record with real results, access to LinkedIn and reliable internet, willingness to meet once weekly via Zoom, and open to a full-time, exclusive long-term position are required.
