Job Title:
Operations Leadership Position

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the development and implementation of strategic operational processes that enable our professional services team to focus on client delivery and business development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will design and implement scalable back-office processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system integrations, automation, and data management, and drive data-informed decision making through KPI development, reporting systems, and operational analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic operational processes that align with our company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system integrations, automation, and data management.
  • Drive data-informed decision making through KPI development, reporting systems, and operational analytics.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Strong finance and bookkeeping background with hands-on experience in financial operations and compliance.
  • Experience managing HR functions including recruiting, payroll, and compliance.
