Job Opportunity

We seek experienced note-takers or transcriptionists with exceptional skills in capturing and analyzing information during meetings.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend and take notes during the CEO's meetings with clients, ensuring accurate documentation of all essential information.
  • Update and maintain meeting notes in students' files, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Track the CEO's calendar for scheduled meetings, prioritizing tasks efficiently to manage time effectively.
  • Prepare necessary documents before meetings, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Communicate and follow up with other divisions on action items, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in notetaking, transcription, or copywriting.
  • Graduate degree from a reputable university, with a strong foundation in communication and writing.
  • Ability to work beyond regular working hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the role.
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
