Job Title: US Payroll Customer Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate customer implementation specialist to join our team. This person will be a core member of our customer success team and work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

This role involves working with customers to onboard them to our platform, developing and maintaining implementation programs, owning the end-to-end implementation process, and communicating progress with account executives and customer success managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead New Client Onboarding for Mid-to-Large-Sized Clients
  • Develop and Maintain Implementation Programs for Small to Medium Clients
  • Own the End-to-End Implementation Process for Assigned Accounts
  • Set Accurate Expectations with Clients and Internal Stakeholders
  • Communicate Progress with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
  • Assist with High-Priority Requests or Issue Escalations
  • Participate in Cross-Functional Groups to Improve Communications, Tools, and Products
  • Lead Kickoff Calls with New Customers
  • Oversee Complex Process Design and Setup
  • Maintain Clear Records of Client Activity, Notes, and Next Steps
  • Deliver User Training and Develop Supporting Materials

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer-Facing Implementation Experience: At Least 3 Years Onboarding New Clients for a SaaS Company
  • Payroll Experience: Experience with US Payroll, Either in an Implementation Role or In-House Payroll Management
