Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for managing client concerns, delivering resolutions, and coordinating escalations when necessary.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming chat requests, emails, and platform requests promptly and efficiently
  • Manage client concerns to deliver resolution or coordinate escalation
  • Ensure accurate data entry and follow up in accordance with service level agreements
  • Accurate and timely Jira ticketing management for customer enquiries
  • Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate level proficiency
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Active and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Property Management software experience
  • Real Estate industry experience
  • Ability to understand and interpret Residential Tenancy Legislation
  • Competencies:

  • Ability to actively and creatively problem solve, thinking outside the box
  • Additional Notes:
  • Must be available for a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT)
  • Must be able to work to Australian time-zones
  • Required to work on non-national Australian public holidays.
