Position OverviewWe're looking for a professional who can build lasting relationships with our clients by re-engaging leads and driving booked appointments. This role involves making high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads, confirming prior outreach, and addressing concerns or hesitations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and experience in outbound sales. They will be responsible for reigniting interest in our services, moving prospects back into the sales pipeline, and working closely with our internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads
Reignite interest by confirming prior outreach and addressing concerns or hesitations
Reschedule missed or canceled consultations and move prospects back into the sales pipeline
Act as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed
Listen for objections and counter with clear, confident, value-driven messaging
Keep detailed notes and next steps logged in the CRM to maintain pipeline visibility
Work closely with the internal sales team to keep handoffs clean and efficient

CRM fluency: you're comfortable using tools to track calls and manage next steps
