Key Responsibilities- Attend all CEO calls, providing real-time support and ensuring smooth communication.
- Document key decisions, action items, and follow-ups with meticulous call notes.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs during calls and respond swiftly and accurately.
Proactive Follow-Up & Task Management
- Track and manage all CEO action items, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
- Prioritize and organize tasks, proactively identifying deadlines and potential roadblocks.
- Maintain a robust system for tracking and reporting the status of ongoing projects.
Professional Communication & Correspondence
- Draft and manage all CEO correspondence, including emails and reports.
- Manage and curate the CEO's online presence, responding to messages and drafting posts.
- Ensure all communication maintains a professional tone and adheres to high standards.
Calendar & Schedule Management
- Maintain and oversee the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently, ensuring optimal time management.
- Provide timely reminders and updates for upcoming appointments and deadlines.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and ensure consistency.
- Proactive & Responsive: Anticipate needs, address issues swiftly, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Strong Time Management & Organization: Effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- High Level of Responsibility & Discretion: Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
