Job Title: Investigative Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Investigative Operations Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have experience in investigations, customer support, or related fields, and be able to communicate complex transactional issues effectively to both internal and external customers.

This position involves engaging proactively with team members, team leads, department management, and other associates to accomplish goals. Productivity and quality assurance will be evaluated along with overall contribution to the development of the department.

  • Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically
  • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • PREFERRED Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working MS tools and basic automation
  • Experience in Investigations/Payments/Security or Banking domain
  • Intermediate knowledge of E-commerce

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must be able to start on October 20, 2025 and meet the following requirements:

  • Must be physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna or Rizal during employment
  • 5 days' work week, including weekends and flexible holidays
  • 9 hours/day schedule inclusive of lunch break
  • Internet Connectivity - maintain a minimum speed of 200 Mbps or better, and at least 100 GB of data from a reliable provider

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

A dedicated workspace at home, free from background noise, where they can connect to the internet and work on deliverables.
