Qualifications:

    experience in sales

    manufacturing sector and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)
     sector
  • Strong understanding of 
    manufacturing processes
     and products
  • Excellent 
    communication

    negotiation
    , and 
    interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
     and as part of a 
    team
  • Proficiency in CRM software
     and 
    MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel
     as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  2. Develop and implement 
    sales strategies
     to meet company targets

  3. Analyze 
    market trends
     and identify growth opportunities

  4. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  5. Identify and prospect 
    new clients
     in the 
    manufacturing industry

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships
     with existing clients

  7. Conduct regular meetings to understand 
    client needs
     and offer solutions

  8. Product Knowledge and Presentation:

  9. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's 
    products
     and 
    services

  10. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
     and 
    product demos

  11. Sales Process Management:

  12. Manage the entire 
    sales process
    , from 
    lead generation
     to closing deals

  13. Use 
    CRM software
     to track sales activities and client interactions

  14. Prepare and present 
    sales reports
     to management

  15. Negotiation and Closing:

  16. Negotiate sales agreements
     and close deals effectively

  17. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations

  18. Customer Service and Support:

  19. Address 
    client inquiries
     and provide 
    post-sales support

  20. Collaborate with the customer service team
     to resolve issues promptly

  21. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  22. Conduct 
    market research
     to stay informed about 
    industry trends

  23. Analyze competitors' products
     and strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses
