Job Title: HR Business Partner

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
    • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with employees to monitor progress and address concerns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex HR issues and ensure timely resolution of employee grievances.
    • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and advise management on necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of HR operations.
    • Continuously assess and improve HR processes and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Knowledge of HR software and systems, preferably Workday or similar platforms.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
