
Human Resources Specialist

- Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with employees to monitor progress and address concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex HR issues and ensure timely resolution of employee grievances.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and advise management on necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.

- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems, preferably Workday or similar platforms.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
