Capacity Planner

We are seeking a skilled Capacity Planner to join our elite team. As a key member, you will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and forecasting data to support operational and business planning.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Compiling and analyzing complex data to inform business decisions
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Supporting short-term operational activities through data-driven analysis
  • Developing and implementing business solutions based on research and analysis
  • Reviewing and reporting on key operational metrics

You will work closely with our team to drive business success and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in capacity planning, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Experience with WFM tools like NICE IEX, Aspect, and MS Excel
  • 4+ years of Workforce Management (WFM) experience supporting Call Centers or Back Office operations
  • 3+ years of senior-level communication and/or presentation experience delivering detailed analyses and sound business cases
  • 3+ years of experience with long-range planning, financial modeling, and complex data analysis
