We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Quess Philippines Corp. in Makati City. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all Contact Center operations, including reporting, team performance evaluation, call analysis, communications, quality control, lead, and complaint management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contact Center Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Contact Center, ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
  2. Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and increase customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, and team management, preferably in the Real Estate environment. You must be proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you should be proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to address client needs effectively and provide exceptional customer service.

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 120,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, with a shift schedule of 9 AM to 4 PM.
