NEZDA Technologies, Inc. is seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team as CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADVOCATES. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Salary Package
We offer an attractive salary package of 24,000 - 30,000 PHP (approximately 29k with performance incentives) for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance to customers, guaranteeing a positive experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and propose process improvements.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, upholding the company's standards.
