Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant with expertise in customizing, building, and managing white-labeled CRM solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain white-labeled CRM accounts with optimal efficiency.
  • Build and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and pipelines to drive results.
  • Support clients through the onboarding process into the CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and provide expert advice for a superior user experience.
Additional Tasks
  • Monitor progress on ongoing CRM build-outs and automation projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate client expectations and deliverables for CRM setups, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
  • Conduct research on features and competitor CRMs as needed to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding their CRM setup.
  • Manage client communication and provide regular updates or escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive walkthroughs, SOPs, or short training videos to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Manage email inboxes and calendars related to CRM or onboarding tasks.
  • Organize and maintain CRM assets (templates, campaigns, workflows) for efficient access.
  • Generate reports or summaries of account performance or engagement metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with CRM platforms and sales funnels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients.
  • Tech-savviness, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
  • Able to work independently, follow established SOPs, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
