Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for seamless data analysis and future reference.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Nurturing: Use email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
  • Sales Handoff: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
