Key Responsibilities
  • Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team, maintaining open communication with customers.
  • Analyze trends, test, and train the DevRev bot regularly.
  • Educate and Empower DevRev users on best practices.
  • Be a technical expert and answer product questions to unlock full potential.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Bots Engineering to drive company goals.
