Email Marketing and CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing and CRM specialist to drive customer engagement through personalized, data-driven marketing strategies.

This full-time remote role requires the ability to design and optimize advanced automation flows, manage email, SMS, and push marketing channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of Miss Amara's email, SMS, and push marketing channels
  • Designing and continuously optimizing advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies
  • Leading the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with the CX team to enhance customer communications
  • Developing detailed briefs for the Content team
  • Continuously testing and experimenting with campaign elements
  • Partnering with the Product team to ensure high-priority items receive visibility in email campaigns
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all key email and CRM metrics
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing
  • Skilled in copywriting and creating messages that convert
  • A deep understanding of digital customer behavior
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage briefs and coordinate across teams
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore
  • Strong technical CRM skills
