We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a CRM Campaign Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in deploying CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of these campaigns with a strong emphasis on quality and timely delivery.


Responsibilities
  • Deploying CRM campaigns involving audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels (email, app, SMS, etc.), and setting up journeys to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Conducting thorough reviews and tests to guarantee that campaign setups function as expected, upholding the highest standards of quality assurance.
  • Monitoring campaign send-outs and promptly notifying the team of any issues encountered.
  • Adhering to a defined quality assurance process and ensuring that campaigns are deployed on time, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Regularly providing project progress updates to the team and other stakeholders within the organization, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Displaying exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure seamless and successful deployment of CRM campaigns.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Preferably holding at least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, with familiarity in working with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys in SFMC (email, app, SMS); other channels would be an added advantage.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with AMPscript is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in quality assurance for CRM campaigns, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
