We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
This role combines lifecycle marketing, VIP engagement, membership growth, and customer advocacy to drive long-term results.
- Design automated journeys that foster customer loyalty.
- Develop programs that turn VIPs into brand promoters.
- Create a retention engine that maximizes customer lifetime value.
- Email & SMS Campaigns:
- Build and optimize advanced flows (welcome, onboarding, replenishment, winback, VIP, membership).
- Boost engagement and repeat purchases through strategic outreach.
- VIP Customer Management:
- Identify and nurture top buyers with personalized communication.
- Convert them into affiliates, brand advocates, and case study partners.
- Membership & Loyalty Growth:
- Increase adoption of our membership plan.
- Reduce churn and create exclusive benefits.
- Customer Advocacy & Community:
- Launch referral, loyalty, and user-generated content programs.
- Transform satisfied customers into active promoters.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with teams to align retention efforts and maximize customer impact.
- Proven track record in scaling email/SMS programs.
- Experience in customer retention, VIP management, or loyalty programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Data-driven approach: knows how to track, analyze, and present retention metrics.
- Creative mindset: designs flows, perks, and campaigns that surprise and delight.
