About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our email, SMS, and loyalty programs.

This role combines lifecycle marketing, VIP engagement, membership growth, and customer advocacy to drive long-term results.

  • Design automated journeys that foster customer loyalty.
  • Develop programs that turn VIPs into brand promoters.
  • Create a retention engine that maximizes customer lifetime value.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Email & SMS Campaigns:
    • Build and optimize advanced flows (welcome, onboarding, replenishment, winback, VIP, membership).
    • Boost engagement and repeat purchases through strategic outreach.
  • VIP Customer Management:
    • Identify and nurture top buyers with personalized communication.
    • Convert them into affiliates, brand advocates, and case study partners.
  • Membership & Loyalty Growth:
    • Increase adoption of our membership plan.
    • Reduce churn and create exclusive benefits.
  • Customer Advocacy & Community:
    • Launch referral, loyalty, and user-generated content programs.
    • Transform satisfied customers into active promoters.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with teams to align retention efforts and maximize customer impact.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in scaling email/SMS programs.
  • Experience in customer retention, VIP management, or loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach: knows how to track, analyze, and present retention metrics.
  • Creative mindset: designs flows, perks, and campaigns that surprise and delight.
