Retention Marketing Strategist

This role focuses on executing and optimizing retention marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient campaign performance.

  • Execute and optimize email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-converting emails that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute optimization plans to enhance retention marketing performance and improve customer relationships.
  • Quality check campaigns to ensure error-free deliverables and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Client Strategist to build presentations showcasing insights and campaign performance data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns to drive business results
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards) to track campaign performance

Key Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines.
