Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retention strategy for DTC brands.
  • Analyze raw data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth.
  • Work with retention platforms like Klaviyo, Recharge, and Wonderment to maximize email-attributed revenue.

Core Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with email marketing automation.
  • A proven track record of managing substantial email-attributed revenue.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment or high-growth brand.
  • A holistic understanding of marketing beyond just the email channel.
