Retention Manager Role

We're seeking a seasoned Retention Manager to own our email, SMS, and loyalty programs. This role blends lifecycle marketing, VIP engagement, membership growth, and customer advocacy. You'll design automated journeys that keep customers coming back, build programs that turn VIPs into brand promoters, and create a retention engine that maximizes lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimize advanced flows (welcome, onboarding, replenishment, winback, VIP, membership) that drive engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Identify and nurture top buyers with personalized outreach, turning them into affiliates, brand advocates, and case study partners.
  • Grow adoption of our membership plan, reduce churn, and create exclusive perks that keep customers engaged long-term.
  • Launch referral, loyalty, and UGC programs that turn satisfied customers into active promoters of the brand.
  • Run surveys, segment customers, and deliver retention reports with insights to inform growth, product, and CX strategies.
